the grapes

That's Matthew, Heidi and me eating the biggest grapes I've ever seen. They grow 'em big here in Vancouver. The Kao's have 4 kids so this house is always full of energy and activity. They're super fun to hang out with, and they've taken good care of me.

Dave...good to see things working together for ya over there, buddy. Looks like they're treating you all right. How's it feel to really be working towards a goal, huh? You feeling fulfilled and satisfied? What's God been doing over there? C'mon man...tell us about Dave!!! ;)

Love ya, man. Hope to see you again in the near future.

Oh. And thanks for making me your wallpaper. Thanks a lot.

(That was supposed to be sarcastic, by the way...)

I agree with John! Tell us about Dave! What is challenging you? What are you loving? What are you missing? Is anything changing??

Oh and could you post a picture of the beautiful view behind that gorgeous house?

David - you don't know me (I linked to you from Burly's blog), but I wanted to post a couple things. First, thanks for the sweet post on Ray Obrien. He was the father of a friend of mine, and I had the chance to be at his memorial service, which was really a praise to God. Second, I see that you are in Vancouver and I have a good friend who is there now with CRM (Church Resource Ministries). He was a pastor at my church for like 15 years, and perhaps he could be a friend to you there. His wife is taking classes at Regent and his daughter works for Nieu Communities there in Vancouver (through CRM). His name is Johnny Wilson and his email is bramas3@yahoo.com. I am sure he would be glad to meet you once you explain the random way by which you got his contact info.
God bless.
